Ironically, I have an eye condition. It occurs 1-2, sometimes 3 times a year. One eye gets puffy, reminds me of having an allergic reaction to something. This is a reminder to self-care. I don't do it enough. Thank you Sophie! Thank you for the reminder, the tingles, the gentle nature. It helps after a long work day too. 🥰🙏❤️🙏🥰
