Thanks for this video I really needed this tonight because I have been really struggling lately with my anxiety and it's gotten so bad that I have been having trouble sleeping and having really bad nightmares for the past few months and it's caused my fear of the dark to get worse and I started being too scared to go to sleep because of it and right now it's after 1:00 in the morning and I'm in my room with the door locked and I'm all alone in the dark and I'm scared to go to sleep because of the nightmares so this video will help me alot tonight because I'm really scared
