God those blackberries reminded me of a story When i was little, i would always go with my grandfather and my cousin at blackberry and rasberry picking. One day, me and my cousin went a bit too deep in the forest and we got lost. It was getting really late and no one was coming to take us home. I told my cousin to stay with me and we both went close to our favorite blackberry bush( there were the sweetest ones) it was dark, but warm( it was in summer). We knew all the time that we weren't in danger because there are no weird people where we live and neither were dangerous animals (a small fox here and there and deers that already know us cuz we feed them) but it was still creppy to be alone in the dark. My cousin started crying, and to calm him down i took blackberries and shoved them in my mouth. We started to play with them and ate until we fell asleep. The morning came and we eventually woke up at the yells of my grandfather's and our father's (his and mine father) yells. That was a traumatic experience for a 12 year old and a 7 year old... But blackberries saved our lifes, and we eat them now with an extreme amount of nostalgia. I hope you like my true story😅tks for reading.... If someone reads it😅

omg have you tried Mexican food QUEEN PLEASE it’s so good *Pozole* is chicken and white hominy (white dried maize kernels) boiled in a chicken broth. It’s really good, adding lime to it is really tasty. *Menudo* is like pozole except it’s not chicken, it’s cow stomach (which is tripa), and pig feet. It’s also good but for me personally, it’s not as tasty as the pozole, although menudo is softer and chewier :) Menudo can also be a cure for hangovers, haha *Champurrado* is a drink, It’s of a thick consistency and is made with Abuelita’s chocolate bars, corn dough (that’s what makes it thick), and water :) you can add in sugar if you’d like *Tortas* are a mexican sandwich (can also be called an ahogada, if you drown it in sauce and are from guadalajara/jalisco lol) It is bolillo (long baked bread) cut in half with ham, avocado, mayo, carne asada inside it (usually, that’s what it is, but you can change the meat or add more if you like :) ) *Tamales de Carne* are long and rectangle shaped, it is corn dough with meat inside (for me, i use cabeza: which is cow head, you can find the brain, eye, nose, tongue in it it’s really good!!) Tamales are wrapped in corn husks or banana leaves (which make it taste better) and streamed in a water filled pot (a big pot!)
