It's so satisfying to see you eat the onions and garlic, I can't stand when people just dip it and miss all the goodness at the bottom... When I make belove sauce I put extra onions and garlic in mine, and when I'm finished, it's barely vegetables in there.

@@PRAYERS4KIRBY wow it's really hard to describe 😅 it's so unique the currys are really creamy and flavorful the meat Is tender and absorbes the curry flavor well ( depending on the curry its diffrent ) the rice is nothing like Japanese rice but pairs well with the main meal the nann is a soft seasoned bread ( it kinda reminds me in texture of a tortilla but fluffier like bread ) I would really recommend indian food, a fairly easy recipe is tikka masala it can be made with chicken and there are lots of recipes online, it's probably not quiet the authentic taste it but hopefully it can give you an idea while you wait to try a more authentic version I was able to make it and it tasted pretty similar to the restaurant version I had but i used the wrong rice and in my experience indian food is alot about the pairing there are lots of other foods as well like samosa are like fried pockets of vegetables and seasonings ( I'm sorry If this is awful 😅 I think Indian food has such a unique flavor and it really is somthing that should be experienced by the person even if they don't like it. I hope you get to try some time soon! )
