Girl. You gotta do to Dragon Crawfish in Tacoma. Their wet sauce is so good 😭 I’ve had the Cajun-y dry rub version there, too, but the wet sauce is where it’s at.

ASMR Phan you can get different levels of spice! It’s really awesome, too, because you can customize exactly what you want in your boil if you want. But I usually just get the whole bundle. SUPER yummy. I went there for the first time on Valentine’s Day, and then I literally went back the very next day with girlfriends because I wanted it again so badly 😂

Neat crawfish trick from the south, if you look at the bottom of the tail where the “fins” are it should be spilt into three parts. If you pull the small middle one off, the poop tract should come out with it!
