I think you may be experiencing something else entirely though, because the term social anxiety implies there needs to be a social scenario happening! A video can be paused, stopped, or clicked out of, and the person behind the screen is unaware of your particular existence. Getting social anxiety from a video that you're watching by yourself is oxymoronic phrasing tbh 😅 Hope you feel better though!
