I love mussels but I have to clean my shells and look inside each one and get the moss out. I can't help it but they are so good with corn and potatoes with the butter sauce. I love to squezze lime on my mussels. Sooo Good!!

Rufy idk if you know this , but if u take one of the empty shells and use the tip to scrape the membrane or whatever the piece is that attaches the mussels to the shell.. it's edible and also tasty 😋, guess it's like the cartilage piece
