I worked as a manager for almost 5 years at McDonald’s and the pancakes come frozen, whenever someone orders anything with pancakes that’s when we start putting the frozen pancakes in the microwave to warm them up. Hope that helps! 😊

McDonald's mcgriddles are pancakes with maple syrup in them in place of a bun, with scrambled eggs, sausage patty or bacon and cheese if you want. So your have basically the same, just disassembled 😊
