Morpheus that is one of the best smelling things that you can smell cooking is peppers and sauteed onions together and watching you do that brought back a lot of memories for me because when I lived at home with my mother we both loved onions so much and I still do and when I live at home she would saute onions in my scrambled eggs a lot for breakfast and a steel remember the smell as she was cooking them and I still remember the taste to this day now that my mother is gone and I'm a grown middle-aged man I haven't been able to have my scrambled eggs that way in many years but I thank you for this video and I'm going to enjoy watching you finish cooking these onions and peppers and enjoy them on your scrambled egg sandwich thank you Morpheus I appreciate you

The light green peppers are called Italian frying peppers. They have a lighter taste than regular green peppers.

Hi Mr. Thomas! Too bad you don't live close. I have 13 hens and am always giving eggs away! Nothing like fresh eggs from the backyard. ❤ I also made fig preserves with some fresh figs my friend picked from her bush. I can see that on that French loaf you bought with some butter! 🤤I love figs.

What a disaster waiting to happen. Things all over the place and not organized. Leaving the pan on just roasting away and when he dumps the eggs in the plastic spoon sticking out of the bowl right next to the flame. Morpheous you have showed us you cooking in the kitchen before, maybe that would be safer than this. One knock of that hot frying pan and you'd be burned.
