I often watch role plays and find myself saying, “boy, she certainly knows a lot about X, I wonder if she does that in her real life and that’s how she’s so knowledgeable.” More likely than not, though, whoever the she is probably doesn’t work at a hotel or game store and is actually like a real estate agent or something totally unrelated.
