10:10 I really like this story about your grandmother and the corn porridge. Porridge is a seldom used word these days and sadly most people don't seem to know what it means. I like to eat porridge for breakfast. It's such an inexpensive food and it provides energy for hours and hours. I make cornmeal mush, which is what I grew up calling corn porridge. I know the recipe and several variations of it. Sometimes I will put an egg, butter, brown sugar and vanilla in it, but the basic recipe is just one part cornmeal, two parts milk and two parts water, and just a bit of brown sugar, honey, or syrup for a slight sweetness. I think that story is the best part of the video. You did a wonderful job as you always do.

A very nice video, a beautiful, very relaxed atmosphere in the shop of the dear hostess. The birds chirping, the calm manner of the saleswoman and you even get great tips on preparation. Even if I have to admit that for me as a Central European, a lot of it sounds quite exotic, but exciting. Oh I hope there were no perishable goods in the shop because my goodness can the lady flirt with the camera and the viewer or can she flirt. I had the feeling that the air temperature had risen by several degrees, but maybe it was just me.
