I think it's that a lot of ASMR fans do not like mouth sounds or chewing, and it sounds like the microphone is in her cheek--so loud. But if I turn the audio off, and just watch the shopping, it's good...still miss the sounds of the actual store, though. Would be great to have a no talking/nochewing version as well. ASMRvilla does this with many of her videos--some with talking, and the same video without talking over it.
