So happy you’re on a weight loss journey!!! You will feel so much better after losing the extra weight. It’s a hard journey but I’ve learned that the heart can’t take the extra weight and plaque in the arteries. I ended up with heart surgery that saved my life. Now cholesterol and blood pressure are under control with meds and I’m still working to lose the extra weight. Good luck on your journey and stick to it no matter what…your heart will thank you🩷
