especially curled outwards, the shorter length is beautiful, but your long hair is so pretty! it shows so much care to have well-kept long hair and looks so ethereal! I think it's not too short at all, and you can do either, so choose what you like best. but if you do go shorter, definitely do the layers from your ninja video, they were so breezy and nice looking. take care
