Perhaps a strange compliment, but most asmrtists will go out of their way to edit out and quiet their breathing as much as possible, however, it’s one of my favorite parts of your videos and I am so grateful that you don’t edit it out at all. I suffer from anxiety and panic disorder, so regulating my own breathing can be a tough task especially when I’m in a quiet environment with no guidance. That being said, hearing your breathing patterns also help me control my own and I haven’t felt so free of my anxiety until I began watching your videos. Thank you! 💕

I love having my hair played with, it calms me so much, so i love these kinds of videos. But your video has a different thing that others don't. I don't know if this is a maternal comfort thing but hearing your breathing calms me too. It is slow and rythmic and forces me to focus on breathing. I know that sounds so weird to some, but with anxiety breathing is often something that feels impossible to do at times, especially in a state of panic. Situating myself in a quiet friendly, properly lit room, with ear buds on and watching these relaxing videos has done me wonders today. I was feeling unwell, and i threw this specific video on as i sat here on my bed, and i calmed down and drifted off to sleep for a few hours. Love that this video ran long enough for that.

I’m obsessed with your videos! I wanted to offer a pro tip on using cutting shears! They are designed to be used with your thumb and ring finger. And your pinkie rests on the little tail that sticks out the handle. It will feel odd at first but it keeps them from riding up your knuckles and getting stuck! It also allows more control over the comb. Give it a try and you’ll love it🙂❤
