Is it on purpose that you have the Blue Yeti set to stereo mode? It picks up a lot of background noise because it's set to pick up sounds from all over the room. Maybe try setting it to the pattern that looks like a heart (that only picks up the sound in front of the mic) or the one that looks like an 8, that also picks up sound from behind if you want to be able to do triggers on the other side of the mic too. Just a suggestion :)
