What is ASMR???
Autonomous sensory meridian response (ASMR) is an experience characterized by a tingling sensation on the skin that typically begins on the scalp and moves down the back of the neck and upper spine. Low-grade euphoria: a combination of positive feelings and a distinct static-like tingling sensation on the skin. -Wikipedia
After discovering ASMR and greatly benefiting from the amazing, therapeutic content out there, I decided to re-create my own childhood tingles and nostalgia! And I hope that these videos will provide you with the same calm and relaxation I've experienced with ASMR.

I know there are people who just don't get ASMR, and some may even find it weird, but the fact that you can create absolute relaxation just by powdering someone's hair is simply magical. My first tangible memory of ASMR experience was when I was in first grade. My friend was reading my book aloud, and I remember gentle tingles. It was blissful.

You should do a scalp scrub with a toothbrush and one of those small pedicure brushes with the handle!! Brushes are the main thing that brings out the tingles for me!

emily, if you have an iphone- go into setting>general>accessibility>display accommodations there you will find an option to reduce the white point. it will make your screen darker

Thank you for making this version with no talking. I loved the other version, but had to cut the volume off because I guess I’m one of the few that do not like mouth sounds or tapping.
