Maybe this is kinda weird to say, but most of the time I don't feel very comfortable with asmr by men, probably because I feel like women's asmr is more reassuring ? It has nothing to do with the "i hate men" thing, it just doesn't relax me a lot. But you, Patrick, I could watch your videos all day long, you are so kind and comforting, It's like you are taking all my anxiousness away, your asmr is magical to me, I feel so relax listening to it.. Probably because you look so trustworthy. Thank you for that, you're an incredible artist.

I had a terrible sinus headache yesterday and I had to do 9 different things to get to sleep and get it to go away, watching Patrick and therefore not paying attention to the wet washcloth I had to keep on my face being one. My favorite is 'Trying to be Slow and Gentle but not Intense' so I started wih that. I woke up briefly with thirst and 10 minutes of this got me back to sleep. I get this thing when I don't feel well where the boredom of being immobile will keep me awake. I kept thinking 'I wish I could stop thinking'. Thank you Pat. I had an idea, I think ASMR with your cats would be great, playing or petting. I do not have a cat right now because my sweet cat died of old age and it was too painful. If they are anything like my cats, if the toy does not make noise they are not interested.
