I run on a cross country and a track team and I think it’s really great that you’re doing this! I was privileged enough to be on a really supportive and friendly cross country team that motivated me and inspired me to be a better runner and put in that effort to the daily grind. When you’re not running marathons, some simple 5ks can be a really fun way to get active.

Awesome to hear how the Half Ironman went, brother! Congratulations on finishing it! I was really looking forward to finding out how it went. As soon as you said that you hadn't done anything for the two weeks after, my ADHD brain related so much😂😂 My friends and I made a rockclimbing group where we meet every week and it's one of the few exercise things I can really stick with because each route is like a puzzle. How'd you keep yourself motivated during training? I know it'd be really difficult for me to stay focused. Anyway, great job! Glad to see you're doing well! 🤘 ASMR is good like always!

Haha yes like it felt so easy to just lounge around and do nothing after working so hard! And umm that’s a great question, I think having the goal in mind and talking to myself along the way (literally out loud) was really helpful. I would always tell myself how good it would feel to cross the finish line, that maybe no one else would be let down but I would let myself down if I stopped here and wasn’t good about my training, stuff like that!
