My favorite triggers in general are hands sounds,nail tapping while rambling cause no talking is really not my thing,I dislike when there's no talking. As for stories and topics to talk about, your Instagram is full of art so perhaps going through some of the photography and what it meant to you then would be quite interesting. I definitely would love to hear all about those stories. You're quite the unique person so. As for triggers, hand sounds and anything to do with your voice is much appreciated. Perhaps even roleplays like getting a cut by the barber. Oh and for the hand sounds, you can vary the rhythms, how close it is to the mic, and same for your voice too. Sometimes, you can focus more on one side more. 15:10 you also slowed it down and that was quite nice as well.
