People with these injuries often have to bob their head up and down because they can no longer hold it in position. Granted, I don't believe Massimo to be at high risk so long as he goes to practiced people like Master Cracker here and doesn't go too frequently. Neck cracking can be very beneficial for certain issues, so saying it is always low reward would be misinformation.
