I did a poll on my Insta, asking whether you’d like to see a headache help, or fishbowl effect for tonight’s video. It appears several thousand of you have a headache this evening, so I wasted no time getting ready. But I ran into an issue, that ended up being a good one. The yeti pro mic, paired with a new cord, disconnected before I hit play. I went over thirty minutes before noticing, however I am grateful to the phones microphone, which actually balanced the sound pretty well. It’s even softer and I believe helps connect. With that said, allow this hypnosis to help you.
My headache hypnosis series focuses on manipulating the brain to focus elsewhere other than the body’s pain. I use certain chosen sounds and visuals to redirect the user. While being able to relax, your mind will take care of the rest. With or without tingles, this video should help you to relieve some pressure from whatever headache or pain you’re suffering from.

I am soo grateful for this video!! I have a huge deadline tomorrow and today I overworked myself and forgot to eat proper food. I became really nauseous right before going to bed, and felt a migraine brewing. Tried listening to asmr and sleeping, but was still nauseous.
