TIME STAMPS: 0:20 count the finger clicks 0:59 count the clicks but with glove sounds as a distraction 2:02 count the clicks but with rain stick sounds as a distraction 2:55 hand sounds but moving away from mic 3:46 glove sounds but moving away from mic 4:29 glove and hand sounds 7:45 close up whispering trigger words (LOVE THIS PART) 9:05 shaving soap and shaving brush trigger, count the wipes (lathering the soap with the brush and wiping the brush on the side of the tin) 12:10 whispering the word "one" and "two", which one is closer 15:06 tapping on phone, which is closer 15:49 tapping on phone moving closer/moving away 18:24 snapping and tapping hand sounds 19:35 whispering numbers

i use them for that too! my favourite are Jellybean Green's 'anxiety interruption' videos. she does realllly fast-paced imagination-based parts in her videos, and it helps so much! i recommend searching for them :)

I like that you included the answer at the end of most of the tests, having a failure condition made it fun to try not to lose focus (I didn't even register the first few clicks each time the glove sounds started)
