I really liked the detail when you didn’t tell me the exact time. Because one of my biggest triggers for my anxiety is sleep, I stress about how much time I have. And I count the hours and minutes to when I have to get up. I stress about those hours and then I can’t sleep until nasty hours of the morning. So thanks girl!

i needed this so much, i’ve just had the most awful night - came downstairs to see blood everywhere and my dog with a cut up paw and spent three hours crying at the vet. she’s fine now but it’s almost 3am and i have to be up at 7 to take her back. good luck with your surgery frivvi! i hope there are no complications and you recover quickly and well ❤️

@Down with the Doodles! honestly i have no idea - i let her out in the garden to do her business like i always do and she got hurt while i was inside. i feel awful about not being there but i’ve let her out alone hundreds of times and nothing like this has ever happened, and i’m going to be watching her like a hawk from now on whenever she goes out. the vet thinks it could’ve been a snake bite which is a bit of a shock considering i live in the south of england, we do have snakes but it’s very rare to see them around. she’s on the mend now though, but it’s been difficult keeping her off her feet because she’s always been very active and wants to play all the time and doesn’t understand that she needs to rest and keep the weight off her paws. her little face whenever i tell her i can’t play fetch with her is breaking my heart 😭 but she’ll be okay which is all that matters

Sleep paralysis is horrific. I was put on Metazapine a while ago and the effect it had on me was so traumatic. It was knocking me out in the day as well and I felt myself just sat there half aware of but in a dream like state and I just desperately wanted to move even a muscle in my face. Anyhow, that's behind me thank god. I have a long drive ahead of me tomorrow and you are helping me wind down perfectly for bed. I hope everything goes ok at the hospital. You've got this!
