Dad and I kept up with news about the war in Kuwait. I didn't get my first computer (Compaq) until later and I started off with AOL, (back then for those who remember) the dial up was very slow.

Me, I lived through the 1990's & the 2000's, but for me the 1990's were the best decade, where music, movies and TV shows were cool and fun to watch, before realty TV , Justin Bieber and Kelly Clarkson came along and messed everything up especially with their brand of Cheesy Disney Radio Pop Rock. No Internet, cell phones, social media & so on. Shout out to TV shows like The Simpsons, Saved by the Bell, Home Improvement, Family Matters, Friends Chandler, Monica, Ross, Rachel, Joey & Phoebe, & the Animaniacs Yakko, Wakko & Dot Warner, just to name a few. Then again, I didn't have much of a childhood thanks to MTV, but it was a good childhood, honestly ☺.
