I dont know why but nobody I know likes dark chocolate, I swear the darker the better! But every time I find an 80% coca bar of chocolate everybody says that its gross! Maybe I just like bitter stuff?

Nestle was the first that made milk chocolate by adding powder milk to the cacao mixture. Powder milk is the basic product of Nestlé. That made the chocolate better in flavour and structure than it was before.

Merci pour cette vidéo je suis une grande amatrice de chocolat et je me suis fait plaisir de ce côté là pour les fêtes hum! :p J'ai également trouvé ça très bien de parler du fait que les chiens et chats pouvaient être empoisonnés par le chocolat! J'ai plusieurs chats et j'étais au courant mais je suis persuadée que beaucoup de gens ignorent cette information. Bonne année! ;)
