Oh my favorites….night time. Then again I work in a hospital 7p-7a but it’s relaxing to just sit & watch. It is true we tend to lower the lights even in the hallways & at the nurse desk. 1…to hep get the pts ready for sleep, 2….it also tends to calm things down.

a tip ~ if u hang ur tapestries in the bathroom and do a hot shower the steam in the room will let the wrinkles from the manufacture folding out; or a hand held steamer

The blink to threat reminded me of how one time I went to the eye glass doctor and when the lady tried to get my eye pressure, I kept blinking and couldn’t stop because of the machine they use to do that slightly touches your eye and they were unable to get the pressure lmao.

I took Metformin for a couple months and had to quit taking it. Every time I bent over I would start dry heaving or if I moved around. I was prescribed it for pre-diabetes to get my sugars under control. I quit taking it and started working out.

So hard to sleep 💤 in the hospital. Just when the meds start working and you fall asleep a nurse or doctor comes in. They ask you so many questions and you’re half asleep and high on meds you don’t know what’s going on lol 😊
