Omg. Nasi Lemak and also eaten with hands. Family Recipe here incase she or anyone wants to try Sambal: 1.Heat veg oil (4 tbls) in pan, add in minced small shallot ×10, minced garlic x4 2. Add in chili paste 1/2 cup, cook until oil is risen from chili paste. 3. Add in coconut sugar (gula melaka) 4. Add in deep fried small dried anchovies (crispy) 5. Add in a bit of tamarind juice, add water if too thick, salt and sugar to taste Rice 1. 1 cup washed rice add in 1 cup coconut milk and 1 cup water, also sliced shallot x3, sliced ginger (grape size), and 4 pandan leaves tied, cook in rice cooker. Adjust water if needed, stir occasionally until properly mixed and cook. Serve with fried or boiled egg, fried peanuts, sliced cucumber and fried anchovies.
