I think the most fitting word is presence, or maybe deliberateness. There's a focus to her motions. Like you say, as in a dance or performance, that keeps you watching and engaged in what she's doing, Even if we know it's sort of nonsensical.

Hey BG. I (cant say for everyone else) need volume 2 of this vid! The variation of hand sounds, how they are placed in comparison to one another, and overlapping but not quite matching movements. Whenever you use these kinds of patterns and movements, I always imagine that you're manipulating a soul or some kind of field, and your movements make little lights on the surface.
