Love the use of a feather as that must feel awesome. Can just imagine someone doing that to me. No point just slavishly following traditional massage techniques! And I can imagine how good the gua sha comb must feel on the scalp. I have a full body massage on Tuesday and a reflexology foot massage on Thursday - really gives me something to look forward to!

When I was little I used to love scratching anything that had towel-like fabric, feeling the little fabric hairs scratch under my nails and things like that. I've never seen anyone do that in ASMR, but that little towel scratch at 1:05 came close! 😂

At 36:39 Just a helpful tip Heave lollipop candy silicon mold for ice so the spoon will get full chill and you can have a back up spoon so when it's lost temperature you can switch out easily
