Thank you Olesya for the update I was worried with the war and your absence I was worried about you glad that your ok and comfortably living in Germany! My Grandmother/Nana was from Herborn Germany came to the states after WWII if you ever make it to Herborn Germany it's a beautiful city an equestrian town with a beautiful aquatic center! Herborn was untouched by the spoiles of War from WWII virtually untouched by bombs!

I must admit, I just rewatched the video and I‘m sooooooo happy for you :) … for everything … seriously … for your steps to move out of the country, get married and now have the chance to live a normal life again :) … last, but not least, here‘s a small bit of advice: - Take the A2 and later B1 Language Test (you‘ll gonna need B1 for some things at the authorities) - Open up a german bank account at a local bank (you‘ll gonna get more support that you‘ll surely need, so a Sparkasse or Volksbank is the right bank for you) - Get a german mobile sim card/phone number… get a carrier of your liking. Maybe you want to check the eSIM abilities. - Try to get your skills and documents recognized by the authorities - Apply for health insurance (Inform yourself, not every public health insurance is the same, for girls it‘s mostly the AOK, because of great services for women) - Get your social security numbers (Rentenversicherung) - Get your Tax-ID (Finanzamt) - If you haven‘t got one already, get your class B Drivers license - Apply for work that has to be socially insured. => Live a happy life in Germany … and maybe after 8 Years apply for german citizenship ☺️

You made the right decision just in time. The easiest way to learn German is watching TV or movies with subtitles. German TV program is so primitive that it is well suited for language beginners. 😁 If yoi get stuck, ask me, the dirty admin or anyone here who understand German. 🖐

… oh yeah and I forgot one thing that‘s very important for you to know: Please check for a tax advisor in your area… If you live over 183 days in germany your worldincome will be taxed here… furthermore if you decide to make money out of youtube you have to register a „trade“ at the local authorities and pay tradetax and idealy open up a separate bank account for that - please ask your tax advisor, you‘re the last person that should get into trouble… just google „Steuerberatersuche“… anyways… if you need any support just text me :)
