They only serve to keep you addicted to a crutch medication that lines the pockets of big pharma while saddling you with more mental health "side effects" which, you guessed it, they have another pill to fix. Get off them, go outside, workout, eat healthy and spend time with friends and family irl. Keep going, bro, it gets better.

"positive affirmations" done right! I love how this is not the classic "sshhh", "everything will be alright" yada yada yada that pisses me A LOT! Some times, you don't want people to tell you unrealistic stuff and fix your problems. Some times, you need to just feel that someone is there.
