Same here. I mean, I never just watch the video tho, I completely ignore the visual aspect because I’m only doing this to relax for sleep. I know plenty of people enjoy the visuals too, and that’s cool. I never feel worried I missed anything visually tho lol. This artists videos, any other artists videos I enjoy… my eyes are just closed. Plus, for me, there’s just something about sound that I really connect with. Maybe that’s why I’m a musician lol. But whatever… I’m just gonna enjoy the video and sleep lol.

Although I understand and mildly experience visual triggers, SOUND is the biggest influence and trigger that I know. Bad sounds like electronics beeping and buzzing and overly intense mouths sounds will have me instantly skip a video….. This video was awesome, when sounds “have texture” they create “audio feelings” and are the most soothing sounds and easy triggers available. I think I already “watched” this video 5 times last night while falling back asleep…I LOVE THAT YOUR VIDEOS NEVER HAVE ADDS AFTERWARDS 🥰🥰🥰that wake me up like other artists, that is such a big deal.
