Can me speaking German give you tingles and help you relax? German has the reputation of being an aggressive sounding language, but I‘m doing my best to make it sound relaxing. I love ASMR in German - I don't find it harsh at all (perhaps that stereotype comes from one regional accent I haven't encountered?), and having tried to learn it in school, it fits that place in my brain where I understand just enough to be engaged and not tune out, but not enough that my brain can hold a train of thought and follow it on tangents, which is perfect for ASMR for me. This was a lovely video, and I'd personally really enjoy more multilingual/non-english videos.

Ich glaube grade dadurch, dass du normalerweise immer Englisch sprichst, wirkt das Deutsche einfach nochmal krasser und gibt diese Tingles. Das ist wie ein unusual Trigger Sound. Finde andere deutsche ASMRtists auf jeden Fall persönlich nicht entspannend, aber bei dir ist es ganz anders. Auch wenn du deutsche/spanische Triggerworte in anderen Videos einbaust wirkt es immer total stark. Hoffe du hast einen schönen Urlaub, in dem du mit deiner Familie entspannen kannst.

My mother tongue is Dutch but I think German is a really beautiful language. It is important to me that I can make myself understood in my neighboring country. Sometimes I’ll hear a word that’s the same or basically the same in a language as in English and I’ll go “hey, what are the odds?” Then, upon remembering that English is made up of words from most non-American languages (those not originating from North or South America) and that some words were invented in English so the “translation” of them is essentially just providing appropriate spelling/accenting, I’ll say “oh, the odds are actually pretty good”

Contrary to the popular sentiment, I think the German language and accent are some of the tingliest out there, my ex girlfriend used to read to me in German and the tingles were insane. German videos are actually how I found you!

Im Ernst, du hast echt eine verdammt schöne Stimme. Ich bin auf schweden 😊 I understand some of the German because some words are similar to Swedish and I took German 1 year in school . But I find it relaxing that I don’t understand it all. Absolutely love when you mix German and Spanish in other videos, like schlaffe and la Luna 😍
