@@BarbatosProperty I'm getting better slowly since the hospital. 3 days ago I accidentally stepped on leaves that covered up a bunch of mushrooms shaped kinda like ballons/bubbles. The mushrooms let out a thick cloud of yellow dust as I stepped on them. My eyes only felt dry for 2 days but then my face swelled up bad and I could barely see. They already gave me some pills at the hospital and it's getting better but it does hurt. Batala's video helped me relax and ignore the pain.

Ily but OCD isn’t just about organizing and feeling uncomfortable when things are messy. It’s about obsessive compulsive behaviors. For example having intrusive thoughts that cause an obsession over something like germs or safety from intruders and this causes major anxiety and even panic attacks. This may lead to physical and or mental compulsions such as repetitive washing/ cleaning or constant checks around the house and only doing things a certain number of times. (These are just a few examples ofc and you can still be messy and have OCD) Not following compulsions causes great anxiety and discomfort. Hopefully this helped and I hope you have a good day :) ❤️
