ASMR stands for Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response it is described as a pleasurable tingling sensation that can be felt most commonly in the back of the scalp and down the spine but not limited to these area's.
I try to describe ASMR experience to people using something common like visiting a hairdresser, do you find the experience of someone focusing on you, the gentle touching of your hair, the sound of the scissors moving around you relaxing?
That would be a relaxing experience, watching ASMR video is like recreating that type of experience.
I believe most people can experience ASMR, to experience ASMR you need to find you trigger, common triggers will often be related to one person focusing on you or another person and watching this person focus or give them attention will trigger it.

Most people don’t know what unintelligible means. The thing where you can’t understand what he is saying is inaudible. I think that hand movements in front of the camera is a large overlooked trigger in the whole ASMR community. I wish there were more videos like this. I'm just blown away by how thats a huge trigger for me, just hands up to the camera and slightly moving, who knew, something so simple right? Asmr is a cool and mysterious thing, I love it! :))

I don't usually like inaudible whispering; I find it quite irritating to have to strain to listen to what someone's saying, but this is VERY unintelligible and quiet, basically just mouth sounds so I find it enjoyable and quite soothing! Lovely tingles and I like the hand movements. I too would love to see this with the white balance board as someone else said! A head massage with this style would also be great...
