Yes I forgot who said it but unpredictability is a pillar of ASMR. As soon as it becomes predictable and the same thing over and over again it loses it's effect for me. Too many ASMR people just do the same trigger the same way and repeat it ad nauseam

I volunteer at a girls and boys club every Wednesday night for about 2 hours. I "play" with about 8, 8 year old super energized boys and I always come home with a headache and upper back and neck muscle tension. Sarah's therapy was perfect and by the end of the video, no headache, no muscle tension and had lots of relaxing tingles to boot. I appreciated the black background as it was not distracting from what Sarah was doing. I loved the brain massage as I have never had one before and with all the brain bubbles occurring when you squeezed "my brain" at least now I know what my wife means when she calls me an "airhead" sometimes. Thanks Sarah, you never fail, always deliver, you haven't lost your touch, you're always the best. 💟💟
