Bharti is so fantastic. And she's so spot on about the head being the most important. Sure, it's not muscular, but it's crazy how you can press certain spots on the head and something like a migraine can be instantly relieved - if you've ever had a bad migraine you know it's sometimes a full body problem too. We love you Bharti! Also is it just me or does Timur seem so much more at ease and not like he's about to get the crap kicked out of him like in the more intense videos 😅

A good head massage can give so much relief, agree completely. And oh yeah you can definitely see how much Timur loves massages like this and especially Bharti as opposed to people trying the most insane bone breaking techniques 😂 Though I do enjoy them too, in those videos they give some interesting explanations to say the least!

Everything she said about the head is accurate! Just because the head isn’t covered with a bunch of muscles doesn’t mean that it shouldn’t be massaged…there are still blood/lymph vessels and pressure points that help with circulation, inflammation, pain etc. ❤❤
