I want to go have a massage so bad cause my body hurts so so bad and is so tensed up and knotted up especially my neck shoulders. Shoulder blade area and lower back andmy.hips.omg but just gettng my husband to do it amdd hes not even doing.it hard it causes me.to cry and i have to stop him and hes not trying to do a deep massage on me hes trying to barely.apply and.pressure but it seriously feels like hes trying to dig a wooden spoon into my back and shoulders where i start crying and stop him and he feels so bad cause he sees me.in pain every day the he tries to help and that hurts its so crazy ....i honestly dont know what to do seriously ....so i watch your videos hoping and praying that ill get to actually have a real professional massage and be able to help with my pain i dont take any type of pain meds for it the dr tried to put me on some years ago but i declined i see what they have don3 to everyone in my family and people i grew up with either horribly addicted or they moved on to heroin or fentynal or both so no thank you narcotics are not for me in any way shape of form ....so i nust deal with pain

I'm a massage therapist, if light pressure hurts you really badly, you could be very sensitive to pressure or have an underlying condition like fibromyalgia. I hope you can either see a doctor, physical therapist or get a massage soon! ❤
