I use the ELF liquid eyeliner every day, and I love it!! It’s not $1.25 but it’s significantly cheaper than most. I get the H2O proof, shake it up before applying, and I’m good to go!

You may need to redo your quiz on IPSY for better products. The LA color eyeliner may be dried out you can put some visine in it to see if it gets thinner. I skip a lot of IPSY boxes, I cheat and look at what's being offered. It's too expensive to get things you don't use.
