Yeah, her skin looks amazing! Most likely because of the red light therapy! You can get that here anywhere! Red light increases circulation hence the glow. I’m about to start led red light therapy on my face as well. Just have to find the right device in my price range.

She didn’t have acne or much redness? She has some faint hyperpigmentation and like one irritated spot which could be caused by a mask or many things. She has beautiful skin and it only became slightly pink from friction & heat which if it didn’t I’d be concerned that she wasn’t human lol but seriously, you cannot say something is “respectful” by telling someone their skin isn’t good enough for you and that they should stop doing something. She looks at her face daily. I think she knows what is best for her own body and can discuss it with her dermatologist and medical professionals if she is concerned.

Unfortunately, collagen molecules are too large to actually be absorbed into the skin. There are no benefits to topical applications of collagen in any way...

Collagen is a humectant, so it's not accurate to say that it has *no* skincare benefits. That being said, whole collagen molecules won't penetrate deeply enough for anti-aging effects.

Honey I super recommend you to do micropeel laser cuz I have the same skin type as you, scars and some infection pimples under skin. Hello) I think the effect won't stay for long if you don't maintain taking care of yourself like doing skin care everyday and having at least one facial a month. Of course healthy eating and sleeping all will become one and effect your skin no matter how many facials you get weekly!
