You can make Japanese traditional confectionary, warabi mochi, with tapioca starch.
Original recipe is used bracken starch, but I use tapioca starch instead of it.
Tapioca works great!
It's very delicious and the texture is so good.
You'll want to have it again and again.

Warabi mochi
Ingredients:
1cup tapioca starch
2 cups water
1/3 cup sugar
ーSyrupー
1/3 cup brown sugar
1/3 cup water
ーKinakoー
2/3 cup roasted soybean powder(kinako in Japanese)
1/3 cup sugar
pinch of salt
わらび餅粉が無くても美味しいわらび餅が出来ます。

材料:
タピオカ粉 160g
水 480g
砂糖 70g
ー黒蜜ー
黒糖 50g
水 80g
ーきな粉ー
きな粉 80g
砂糖 60g
