I understand the feeling of being overwhelmed. I’m currently going through a really tough time on several levels. The advice that I was given from my husband is that I can’t control outside forces and other people’s attitudes and behaviors, but I can control how I respond to it. I’m just taking things one day, sometimes even one minute at a time. I keep telling myself positive messages over and over, and watch calming and peaceful videos like those posted by The Crafty Lefty. Some days are better than others. It’s definitely not easy, but I keep trying. Please, please don’t hurt yourself. I had similar thoughts, but it’s not worth it. You are special and you will get through whatever is burdening you. What I tell myself frequently I will share with you: Even the worst Winter will come to an end. Seasons don’t last forever. Eventually these tough times will come to an end and better days are ahead. You are Loved, and you are Blessed. Be well! 😀💗👍🏾

Why do you want to share on social media your personal business? You’ll get either a lot of sympathy and caring comments or cruel comments and those will haunt you even deeper.. I’m sorry in what you went through and besides a video helping you feel better, I hope you find other things that will help you each day. Letting us know on KZbin about your personal business, you just might get some people to want to be cruel towards you. You don’t deserve that. Too many people share their personal issues on social media and they forget that most of this world will read your comment. Please never harm yourself. Talk to someone, pray, rest, go for a walk or just cry it out, crying relieves so much stress. I wish you well and happiness for you, you’re always worth it.

I know what it feels like to suffer that level of hopelessness and despair that it physically hurts to continue living through the emotional and psychological pain; so much so that no longer living seems like relief. But don't give into those feelings and don't feed them either. It's good that you've reached out; it says hope remains even in its smallest measure. Keep reaching out. Change your scenery, such as going into another room or going for a walk. Listen to music that makes you happy or speaks to your soul. Read Scripture. I'll be available if you want to chat.
