Hey Mary! If you don't like the way the nutrito. Powders taste in water try almond milk or the milk of you choice! It give it more of a creamy texture! Hope i could help :) Love the videos!

How keto are the items they give you? I’ve heard mixed reviews on the keto boxes, but I’m getting really bored on keto and I’m on week 2(again lol). I do really good for about three weeks and then I give into temptation, sugar is my enemy!

It’s a diet where you consume a very low amount of carbs (sugar, bread, fruit/veggies) and a very high amount of fat (meat, cheese, avocado, dairy and oils). The goal is to put your body into a state called ketosis where your body burns fat for fuel instead of carbs. This means you can lose a lot of fat/weight very fast. Some people say the diet is dangerous, some say it’s very helpful and can cure cancer/epilepsy since those deceased are fueled by carbs.
