The hand tracing thing works for panic attacks. I remembered this during a intense panic attack and used the hand tracing it helped. Comment if you have panic attacks so we can help share tricks and tips 💗 I wanna help everyone!💗

@@essie3072 panic attacks come in all shapes and sizes. If u feel a panic attack coming on and it’s slowly getting intense try tracing ur hand with your other hands pointer finger slowly and count backwards from 10 repeat until you feel more “in control” you can also close your eyes and find your “happy place” finding ur happy place is difficult it will take time. If it’s a sudden and intense panic attack remove ur self from the situation. Carry tea tree essential oil with you 24/7 so you can breathe in the calming sent. Close tour eyes and think of the earth slowly rotating around the sun. Breathe in the oil and relax. Hope that helps! 💗💗💗

Can’t wait for this! I was on one of my zooms today and about two minutes in got a massive headache and everything get blurry on the screen. I have to call my mom and she told me to leave the zoom and rest. To me what’s also really fun about making asmr videos seems to be the acting part. The role plays. Just being able to be someone else and just using your imagination that seems like so much fun to me. When I was a kid my best friend and I would always “perform” for her parents. We were so creative. We’d think of the silliest characters. It’s so fun to be someone else right. I love it. So it’s not just relaxing to me it also makes me smile or laugh sometimes.
