Haha kielbasa is Polish, kimchi Korean and seaweed Japanese, Chinese and was eaten for ages in other Asian cultures. Melted cheese I guess is American ? A lot of cultures in there mix and match love it

It’s polish sausage or Polska Kielbasa. In the refrigerated meats section at grocery store. Hillshire farms makes them and so do other meat companies. Usually about $5.
