ASMR(Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response) is a sensible experience like psychological relaxation or pleasant as a reaction of visual, touching, hearing, smell or recognition stimuli. For example, while your mother cleaned your ears or a hairdresser cut and shampoo your hair, you felt drowsy. Or when you go to the mountains or sea, you feel relaxed and calm through listening the sound of nature. This process is called ASMR which you feel comfort and relax under certain circumstances.
Who & Why listen ASMR?
Mostly, people who have insomnia, sleeping disorder and who want to focus on something, like studying, listen to ASMR. Of course, there are some people who want to be relaxed or who like to listen to certain kinds of sounds also listen to ASMR.

Ok, (sigh) this is going to be a long comment. I have alot to say. Let's go! Thanks again for this video. I watch all videos multiple times before I comment. Usually three times. First, I watch the visuals. I like videos with a sharp resolution so I can see subtle emotional facial expressions and body language. We don't speak the same language verbally, but we are all human and nonverbal cues are the same if not very similar regardless of our ethnicity or nationality. Then, audio. I really appreciate KZbin creators who invest in high quality microphones, especially if they're doing ASMR, so I can clearly hear sounds that we make that are not words. Breath sounds. Sighs, scoffs, laughs, grunts, moans, "kurr", sounds made with lips and tongue... and so on... even stomach gurgles, which I find charming. You're not the only Korean man who's stomach makes noise after you swallow! There's a few live streams when Park Jimin of BTS stomach talks after he swallows. (He gets embarrassed and it's so cute!) And third, reading subtitles. I really enjoy and am thankful for accurate English subtitles. I love the sound combinations of the Korean language and am slowly beginning to recognize words and phrases. But I can't understand enough to know what is being talked about in a video. I'm ARMY and I watch alot of BTS content. I get really frustated when a video has Google automatic generated subtitles that are wildly inaccurate! The subtitles help alot. And also if the person in the video speaks a little slower than they usually do. Fast speakers are overwhelming. It takes alot of work to make subtitles, especially if the speaker is not an expert of the second language. So I truely appreciate your effort to do so and yes, the subtitles on this video are very understandable to me, an English speaker from Canada. I am very unintentionally destructive with my technological hardware. I have broken three laptops in the 6 years I've been a KZbin creator. I am a person of low economic status in my country so I can't buy sophisticated cameras or microphones. I know it would greatly improve my content quality, but it's just not possible. I do the best I can with what I can buy. I have a tabulet and a phone now. I use the phone as a camera and an inexpensive headset microphone. I don't edit my videos. Whatever happens during the recording happens and I just let myself be authentic. We should be our authentic selves and not make the videos a performance of just how we would like others to preceive us. I look for creators who do that. I think you might be one who does that so I will be subscribed and intend to watch for a long time. My channel is an "insect" in the KZbin community. I only have one hundred and forty or so subscribers. I will never make any revenue like I had hoped when I started the channel. But my reasons for creating content changed over the years. Now I do it because it's fun and I like to interact with others in the KZbin community. I don't think it makes sense to be putting pressure on one's self to post a video on a schedule. It becomes stressful to meet a deadline and the content becomes forced and unnatural... and sometimes desparate for variety. I don't post unless I really want to and my efforts are sincere. Happily, my subscribers haven't left me when there have been long gaps of time between posted videos. So don't worry. I really like you as a person and your content. Keep posting because you want to. I'll wait for that notification bell to ring and I'll be watching. I love you.
