This isn't *Just* a hair cutting video. It's an ASMR video. Water sounds are one of the most relaxing and most popular ASMR triggers. The excess spraying and shaking was purposefully done.

on the other hand, real hairdressers, like himself, often go to town on ppl with hairspray wich you have to shake constantly.... so to keep used to always shaking what you spray on your customers hair, he shakes the water too, becuase theres no harm in it :D
