After I went to Finland, I started learning Finnish with Duolingo. I am currently on day 468. I really like it. Difficult though. But as native Dutch, some words (not many) are the same. Kiitos!

Finnish is not similar to swedish, danish or norwegian because finnish stems from the uralic language family while the other three all stem from the germanic language family ☺️ I am a swede with finnish parents and if I did not already know finnish I wouldn’t be able to understand a word lol
