As much as i love the creativity in this, its not real lice it's actually a bug more commonly known as "rice lice", it can be typically in unwashed rice.

Cuando mi hija era niña también pasó por el proceso tan desagradable de los piojos, comento el método que utilicé y quizás le sirva a alguien. Lo primero es comprar un producto en la farmacia que sea dedicado para eliminar piojos y además debía tener un peine especializado en retirar los liendres que depositan en el cabello que son como pequeños huevitos en el pelo. Después comenzaba primero poniendo el producto que los mata, envolver el pelo y esperar alrededor de 45 minutos, después comenzaba a peinar mechón a mechón para retirar los muertos más los huevitos y después lavar la cabeza con shampoo. Pasado una semana revisar y repetir el procedimiento. Yo utilizaba alcohol con ácido bórico si no tenía el otro producto.
